We got our first cast iron pans this year too! KC has been busy seasoning them. He made roux the first night and then gravy for that the next morning.

I loooove my cast iron skillet. I use it almost every day and couldn’t live without it! I haven’t tackled Isa’s tofu omelet yet but yours looks so yummy, I think I know what I’m having for dinner!
I know..I had taken a couple years off of cast iron for whatever reason (shiny nice pots) besides my grill pan, and I just feel like time was wasted!
