An Evening of Spanish Inspired Vegan Cuisine

Serrano ham seitan and seared portobello with smoked potato cheese (latter 2 are GF)

Cumin spiced nuts and chickpeas GF

Grapefruit marinated olives GF

Potato pancakes with mojo de cilantro and romesco sauce GF

Saffron pickled cauliflower & carrots GF

Santander salad with roasted asparagus, capers and frisee GF
