It’s damn near sleeting outside right now, Portland is freaking out, and I could go for a warm frothy mug of peppermint hot chocolate.
Or this, from Cacao.
Or what the hey, a giant pumpkin pie cocktail is pretty much the same thing.

Pumpkin Pie Mason Jar, Swift Lounge. Pumpkin infused vodka, house spiced syrup; hold the amaretto whipped cream. I had the smaller happy happy jar version of this special a few weeks ago and was thrilled to see it again on my next visit.
Also warming, from Wafu..

Sriracha Sazerac, Wafu. Rye, Herbsaint & Sriracha bitters. Intriguing, but underwhelming amount of heat.
Even better when you pair it with this:
Classic.
Classic, take 2.
The type of thing that stays on your mind for far too long…

I need to transcribe those notes!
please do! I’m impatiently awaiting <3
I am going to plan a trip to Chicago just for the peanut butter cookie dough milkshake.
And to think, they were out of whipped cream at the time!
Sriracha in every drink is my dream.
This is the most unfair post ever. All these look amazing and I am sadly on the other side of the US!
First off, I’m already jealous that you live in Portland. Second, I want some cold weather! It’s like 70 degrees up in Atlanta and I hate it. And third, holy crap! Peanut butter cookie dough milkshake! Nommers!!
No fair!
sriracha infused booze sounds like heaven!
I love the whole cocktails-in-mason-jar trend in Portland!! More bang for your buck. I’m not jealous that it’s sleeting there (it’s 75 in Memphis today!!), but I’m jealous of everything else about your Portland life.
