The internet tells me I was supposed to bring a pie into work today. Pi day fail. I do have a chocolate chunk skillet pie sitting on my kitchen table, awaiting a small dinner party this evening. Incidental Pi day success.

Yay for Pi day! I made the vegan coconut cream pie and it was delish! Your post makes me want to make more from that book b/c everything looks soooo good.

Those pies look so good. I don’t want to get Pie in the Sky because my body would hate me for cooking and baking more desserts, but now I almost want it because of the coconut creme pie… if it’s anywhere as good as the lost coconut pie from Veganomicon, I have to try it.
